We hereby inform you that personal data concerning you are processed under the responsibility of Archives and Documentation Department (SARDO) of SNCF :

    • Last name, first name, e-mail address

Failure to respond may jeopardise the sending of your message via the contact form.

  • Optional personal data
    • Phone number

Failure to provide this information will have no consequences.

The data is collected via the contact form and processed to ensure that requests are sent and taken into account, as well as to provide answers.

The legal basis for this processing is the consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, it being understood that the withdrawal of consent has no retroactive effect on the processing already carried out.

The data is kept for the duration of the processing of the request by SNCF, which may not exceed two (2) years. It will not be communicated.

SNCF has appointed a Data Protection Officer (dpo-sncf@sncf.fr).

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, you have, under the conditions and within the limits provided for, the right to request from the data controller access to your personal data, the rectification or deletion of such data, the limitation of the processing of your data, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data, the right to define directives on the fate of your data after your death and the right to portability.
